I rated physical wellbeing as a 7 in unit three, but now I put a 5. I have actually been working out more than I was in unit three, but maybe it is because I have higher goals now. I really want to get in shape and show my kids that I can keep up with them! I am the same with my spiritual and psychological assessments, but do feel that I have learned a lot. Now I just need to actually put my knowledge to good use, and practice a lot.
The exercises on meditation and mindfulness are so helpful, I have been able to let go of some stress. I cannot live a healthy life if I do not improve all aspects.
I will keep my wellness plan where I can read it often, and in six months I will see how much progress I have made. I will then make adjustments to my plan, and reward myself when I achieve my goals.

Don't be too hard on yourself. Make goals that are realistic and healthy. Rewarding is always a great idea. Good luck to you.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed the reading and assignments this week, I really thought it was fascinating how our thoughts and emotions effect our physical health... that knowledge really empowers me to try harder to use positive energy and positive thinking and self talk to gain a transcendent perspective and conscious level... I am really excited about it.
